Friend of the network and actual friend, Judd the Librarian, is running occasional Cairn games that are more-or-less open sessions and utterly fun. I’ve decided to blog about my character, Raven, who is a prowler and professional robber, but like a real good dude if you ask him.
Cairn is an adventure game about exploring a dark and mysterious Wood filled with strange folk, hidden treasure, and unspeakable monstrosities. Character generation is quick and random, adventures are tense and reward careful exploration, and combat is frantic and deadly. The game was written by Yochai Gal.
