Bonus Round: Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Get ready to get back in black, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is coming soon.

Treyarch‘s next entry in the Call of Duty juggernaut is coming soon to PS4, Xbox One and PC, and it looks like it’s set to take the gaming world by storm. While the lack of a classic single player campaign is a large departure from its previous entries, Black Ops 4 is still packed with a ton of content for multiplayer fans, including classic competitive modes, the return of Black Ops’ signature Zombies game mode, and the new Blackout mode.

Competitive mode carries over many features from the previous games, most notably the Specialist system introduced in Black Ops 3, while introducing some new twists. One of the biggest gameplay changes is that health will no longer auto-regenerate. Instead, it will now have a button assigned to it which will have a cooldown time after use. Competitive mode will feature staple game types such as Team Deathmatch and Hardpoint, and will introduce an Attack-and-Defend game type called Control.

Zombies, which will be celebrating its 10 year anniversary since its introduction in World at War, features maps from across time, including a gladiator arena, the Titanic and a re-imagining of the Black Ops 2 Zombies map, Mob of the Dead.

Blackout is Call of Duty’s take on the battle royale genre, and will feature 100 players fighting for survival across the largest map in Call of Duty history. Parts of the map are modeled after other Call of Duty locations and certain areas will also contain zombies that will drop loot based on the original game mode. In order to get around the map, trucks, ATVs, boats and helicopter will be available, and players will be able to use their built in wingsuit to glide from the top of buildings, mountains and more.
